Passed Inspection

Recently passed our State Food License Inspection and given the green light to start processing our Hot Peppers for a great variety of Spices, Infused Sea Salts, Raw Honey, and Infused Habanero Honey. Peppers are still about a week out before we can start harvesting but everything looks great with 1350 plants in the ground. An Online stores is also currently being developed and should have some updates coming soon.

Hope everyone is doing well, had a great weekend getting the rest of the pumpkins in the ground. Planted 1300 Hot Peppers this season to include Jalapeno, Cayenne, Super Red Chili, Ghost and Habanero.
