Our Habanero Hot Peppers are Organically grown on the farm and harvested weekly throughout the growing season. Once harvested they are washed, dehydrated, ground, jarred, labeled, and sealed to ensure the freshest product for our customers. An extra step of infusing the ground Habanero's with a high quality Sea Salt is taken prior to them being jarred. Habanero's are rated between 100,000 and 350,000 on the Scoville Heat Scale.
